Pop Finds LI is a small, family-run shop built around the things we love. Thank you for shopping with our family! We want you to feel good about your finds, and if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Changed your mind?

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging, with any tags and accessories included. Please provide your order number or proof of purchase.

Opened blind boxes, mystery items, and used squishies are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. The surprise is part of the fun, so a duplicate or a character or color you hoped would be different is not a defect when the item was sold as random or assorted.

Start with a quick email

Email popfindsli@gmail.com with your order number, the item you’d like to return, and the reason. We’ll review your request and send the return instructions. Please wait for approval before mailing anything back, and use the address we provide—some items ship from our supplier partners and need to be returned directly to them.

Return shipping and refunds

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping unless we provide a free return label. If we offer a paid return label, we’ll explain the cost before you agree to it. Original shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns. We do not charge a restocking fee.

After your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect item?

Please email us as soon as you notice a problem, with your order number and photos of the item and packaging if possible. Keep the item and packaging while we review it. We’ll work with you on an appropriate replacement or refund and cover any return shipping we require for a confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

The unopened-item requirement and change-of-mind exclusions do not apply to these problems. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

This policy applies to purchases made through our Shopify storefront. Purchases through other marketplaces follow that marketplace’s applicable return process and policies.
